Purpose Sports Ltd is a women-led social enterprise based in Kenya, using the transformative power of sport to empower sports girls and young women into Bold, Resilient, Confident, and unstoppable champions—on and off the field.
Born from a passion for sport and purpose-driven leadership, we exist to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, especially for girls and communities that are often left behind. We believe that passion fuels purpose, and with the right support, every girl can rise.
Our Why
As athletes, mentors, and changemakers, we’ve seen first-hand how sport can shift lives -offering discipline, leadership, joy, and community. But we’ve also seen the barriers: limited access to coaching, lack of menstrual hygiene support, gender bias, and insufficient investment in girls’ potential.
Purpose Sports was created to change that.

Our work sits on two powerful tracks:
- Business Services – We offer professional sports management, leadership development, events, and retail sports gear. These are our revenue-generating activities that fund our impact work.
- Community Programs – The heartbeat of our work is the Binti Bingwa Girls Mentorship Program—a flagship initiative that supports girls in sports with mentorship, leadership training, life skills, menstrual hygiene education, and sporting gear.

The Binti Bingwa Girls Mentorship Program is the flagship initiative of Purpose Sports Ltd, focused on empowering girls through sports, mentorship, leadership development, and essential life skills.
