Purpose Sports Ltd is more than a sports company – we are a purpose-driven social enterprise that harnesses the power of sports to drive personal, community, and societal growth.
We believe sports is a tool for transformation. Through our business in talent development, leadership training, and sports management, we fund grassroots programs that empower girls and young women to thrive on and off the field.
Our flagship initiative, the Binti Bingwa Girls Mentorship Program, provides girls in sports with mentorship, life skills, leadership development—and the gear they need to play confidently and safely.

We deliver professional sports services to sports clubs, academies, and institutions/organizations. We provide expertise in professional club management, coaching and staff development, sports program design, event management, and high-quality sports equipment and merchandise. Our goal is to enhance the growth and development of talent at all levels, ensuring sustainable success in the sports industry. Profits support girls in grassroots sports.
Leadership development
At Purpose Sports, we leverage sports as a powerful tool for cultivating leadership and team cohesion. Our team-building and leadership development programs are rooted in experiential learning, offering participants the opportunity to develop core leadership qualities in a dynamic and engaging environment. We offer tailored leadership programs for businesses, designed to enhance employee engagement, promote cohesion, and boost team morale.
Life skills and mentorship
Our business fuels the Binti Bingwa program—helping girls build confidence, communication, resilience and building bold sports champions.
